Refund policy

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

 - You must have completed less than 20% of the course

- You must have requested a refund by email to plshelp@smmagency.co.uk within 14 days of purchase

All refunds will be subject to a 15% fee to cover processor fees & admin fees. 

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Chargebacks/disputes

Any disputes opened will result in instant and permanent removal from the programme regardless of outcome. 

If a chargeback or dispute is filed after product access has been recorded, the Company reserves the right to:
Suspend your Teachable account and revoke course access indefinitely;
Invoice you for any fees, penalties, or costs incurred from the dispute process; and
Pursue legal action or collection proceedings to recover the amount of the original transaction, any associated fees, and reasonable legal costs.

Teachable automatically records and stores access logs, including:
Date and time of each login,
IP address and location data, and
Course progress and lesson completion.

These records serve as proof of delivery and product usage in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.

Intellectual property & access by multiple parties

By purchasing, you are granted one copy of the materials. Copying or sharing any of the materials provided in the course is a copyright infringement, and will result in termination of your access with no refunds given, and potential legal action.
